Hello everyone,

Welcome to my blog! Today I will be taking you through the Glossy Box February edition and doing a detailed review for anyone who's interested in trying out a beauty box but isn't sure about: which box, cost, certain products and their quality. This is Glossy Box's LOVE box which includes four full sized products featuring an exciting product which was inspired by 50 Shades of Grey! (It's not what you're thinking)

It's important to do your research before subscribing to a beauty box and it's also good to watch and read other reviews on different boxes. I chose Glossy Box because there a worldwide known brand to bloggers especially & also because I was able to let them know what products I would find best suitable.

I pay around £13 a month for mine (including VAT and delivery) and I wasn't impressed with the January edition in the end because the products did not live up to any expectations (especially the highlighter) However, these products I am very impressed with so far so good, keep reading...

As you can see, the boxes are always beautifully wrapped with ribbon and a welcome card explaining what is in your box and where you can buy the full one if you like the product. 

Essie - Repstyle Polish

First I will start off with my favorite product so far and that is the Essie nail polish which you will see below. Whenever I wear nail polish I hate three things:

• Nail polish that does not dry quick enough.
• Nail polish that chips very easily.
• Nail polish that requires more than one coating.

So when I received this nail polish I was hesitant but I have heard great things about it & it honestly lived up to them. The application was a breath of fresh air, very easy to apply and has a lovely finish. By the time I finished one hand and went to do the other, the previous hand was dry completely.

I was definitely shocked because I have never had this result before. I went to work on Saturday and I work with a lot of chemicals and water there so it was a good time to try the product out to the full. The nail polish did chip but only slightly, the very tips of the nails was where I lost the color.

Another test was applying another coat to just touch up my nails - the nail polish didn't show up in a different color, it covered the same and they looked freshly done once again. I would definitely recommend this nail polish and I will get different colors for Summer!

Marsk Mineral Eyeshadow - Fifty Shades

My second favorite product is the Marsk Mineral Eyeshadow. I have direct linked you there to the website and to the eye shadow that was in the box. 50 shades of grey is the name of the eye shadow which I love as it's inspired by one of my favorite films! 

50 shades of grey eye shadow is a "mineral powder-based eye shadow and is 100% natural and highly pigmented so it packs a punch". That was the description when I opened the box, and I can say yes, yes & yes!! 

However If I didn't write honestly you'd be disappointed if I beefed everything up all the time, and this sadly does have a down fall. The pot lid unscrews and it it has holes in the middle where this got very messy the first time I applied the eye shadow. 

The second thing I noticed was this eye shadow is definitely a blender because a little seriously goes a long way. It does look grey as well, but when reflected on the light, both three times I have had it on and noticed it actually looks like a very dark blue but I love it so no complaining for me! 

Over to the impressions though, the eye shadow was worth the little mess (I would just say do not attempt to apply the eye shadow on moving transport!) ... I have never had an eye shadow that has set so gorgeous before. It really brought my blue eyes out as I blended it with a white eye shadow and outwards with the 50 shades of grey color. 

The eye shadow stayed in place my whole night out and did not lose it's color!

Royal Apothic - Tinties

This new brand from the block were discovered by Glossy Box in Los Angeles. The company is inspired by an old apothecary manual and it's rumored to be a celebrity favor with the likes of  Victoria Beckham!? 

I am never the one to just buy something because somebody famous has it - but we all know that our Vic is quite the perfectionist and if obviously she was using this.. of course you would think it's worth the purchase!

This stuff makes my skin feel like a baby's bottom, it also doesn't have an over facing application or a funny smell to it. I have religiously stuck to my Palmer's cocoa butter lip balm all winter because it's not only one of the gods on the market for lip care but nothing else has worked. Therefore I carried my Palmer's lip balm just in case this Tinties would not work but it did! I didn't feel my lips were dry and even when I had walked to work 30 minutes later, the balm still felt soft and freshly applied to my lips. So yes, I definitely recommend and this was my third favorite product.

So Susan - Rose Quartet Lip & Cheek Palette

This is such a cute little set consisting of an lip and cheek palette! The color combination is pretty pinks and bold crimson matching whatever mood you are in. 

I would buy this again especially because the Pink really suits my facial features and having dark hair as it is I never knew if I would pull pink off, however a bigger set is needed to get the most love out of this product because it's just so tiny! You also get a small lip liner brush (but you'll probably have better tools for the perfecting of Kylie Jenner's lips)

Wilkinson Sword - Hydro Silk

This Hydro Silk is my favorite thing in the bathroom right now! I have used female razors all my life but they have never lasted or they have gone missing. I then once tried my brothers razor on my legs and wow.. I'm struggling for words! It was so amazing and I thought to myself "I am going to buy a mans's razor instead!" - So I've been with Gillette for men the past year. 

On the other hand, I am so so so happy that I now have the female version of Gillette. I hate it when in the past I have rushed shaving in the shower and especially regretted it before doing my fake tan on a night out because I would always have red bumps afterwards or razor blade 'scratch marks' etc... I have not had a problem now with more care, a bit of moisturiser and a nice razor, I am very happy with this and I would definitely say that since Spring & Summer is approaching in the UK that ladies, you do invest in a good razor because they're going to last you longer than the 40p Asda's own for 10 of them, when you can pay less than £10 for good quality and nicer looking legs!

Clinique 3 Step Introduction Kit Skin Type 2 review

Would I recommend Clinique 3 step system? 

If you're going to consider buying the 3-step, definitely head to a Boots store where their is a Clinique counter as you may already know your skin type - however if you're going to invest a small expense into your skin care regime or make-up, you're going to want to make it the right choice. Usually the counter assistant will ask you what are your main concerns about your skin i.e. is it red very often, irritated easily, oily, dry and so on... They will tell you what type you are and what is best for you.

I ended up buying the type two combination set which I listed below and these beauties were worth every penny! I think that the three products which are only generous portions will last me 3 months simply because a small amount goes a long way!

Individual product reviews: 

• Dramatically different moisturizing lotion: I must warn this can be wasted easily as a lot of product can come out at once as there is no pump so you only need a tiny squeeze. Yet these are the first products that do not irritate my skin or give it that burning sensation - they are giving me results already! Top tip: *even if your t-zone isn't dry and it's oily unlike your possible dry cheeks, deeply massage the cheeks and with the rest of the product that is left - gently massage into your t-zone.*

• Clarifying lotion: Just like the moisturizer this product is also very open after unscrewed. I would recommend you take a cotton wool pad and hold it tightly to the the lid and quickly turn upside down until you get the amount you require. Top tip: *I feel gliding this with slight pressure along the t-zone, and then round the face removes any residue left over. I also go over my face twice using no product but turning the wool pad over and going over the face one more time.* 

• Liquid facial soap mild: this stuff is amazing, you have more control on how much product you want to dispense due to the small dispenser. The soap doesn't give my skin that burning sensation like other soaps in the past. I also haven't experienced any tightness in the skin. Top tip: *splash the face with water and then squeeze out a tiny amount. Massage the soap well into the hands and within seconds, the liquid turns into a foam and then gently massage this into your skin. Don't rub excessively as this will act as an exfoliater like any product. Luke warm water will be best used to open up those pores! Tend to focus on a deep and gentle massage on areas that have been specifically effected, and a not so deep massage on the other areas of the skin unaffected. It's important to cleanse the whole face as whilst you're trying to solve your troubled areas - you don't want to be avoiding the normal parts of the skin as you could end up with problems there next! 

Overview: From using all three products in the morning & at night for two weeks now, I am already seeing results. I have waken up in the morning looking flustered before starting the system (I assume this is from the Estee Lauder Double Wear & no proper skin care regime). The skin care system works well with redness solution foundation and I wake up each morning with a slight difference to the redness and the blemishes are actually fading effectively.

I am so happy I invested in the system because I know I will be with Clinique a long while now. The system is amazing, great value and worth every penny! I would definitely recommend to anyone who has no idea in what products to buy as I know their is a lot on the market and it can be confusing. Yet I was so excited to share this review as I hope it can make a difference to someone else having the same problems.

The Dermatology Review - Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation

Introduction: So recently I have been major stressing out over my skin! Now we all have days where we wanna eat junk food - I have those days but very few. I would class myself as quite a healthy person. I drink tonnes of water & green tea in work and at home. I eat a lot of fruit especially oranges and apples and I don't eat any junk food to be honest I have everything cooked at home. 

So lately leading from that - I have had a major break out on my forehead and nose area. I remove my makeup at night, I sleep well I am always hydrated and my cosmetic use isn't cheap! So after going through my diet, lifestyle ( I power walk 6 times a week 50 minutes a day for work) and anything else.. I  figured something was not right - it must be my makeup.

I have been dealing with 'raised areas' under the skin on my face which some people class as 'under skin spots' and I thankfully found this post on a review of the foundation here:

It really opened my eyes. I steam my face once a week with a face mask and I frankly don't think my cleanser is enough for this foundation or I simply cannot  have the foundation anymore due to my sensitive skin. It's opened my eyes on definitely looking into chemicals and ingredients in products before I buy them. 

Very upsetting because I have never found a foundation like this before that gave me these 'cant beat' factors: 

1. 100% coverage, build able
2. Matte application - great for oily skin! 
3. Lovely tones to the skin
4. Lasts me all day long without it smudging a pinch!

Luckily I only have a bit left in the bottle so I am absolutely devastated that I will not find another product!

Can anyone please help me with potential cleansers that can hack this foundation and can prevent my pores from clogging BUT is suitable for sensitive skin i.e. not to powerful?

Blemish Face Mask - Montagne Jeunesse review

Today I am doing a review on my all time favorite skin masks brand - Montagne Jeunesse!
At the end of each week, I like to wind down and give my skin a break. In winter especially due too the harsh weather conditions against your skin! However I do believe that beautiful skin is from the inside, i.e. what you eat/drink if you smoke/drink etc they all have effects on our skin! So when I come home I don't wear any make-up, I only try and stick to work and going out with friends. 

I have tried pretty much all of the popular Montagne Jeunesse masks and it goes to show you it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg to have nice skin! I tried the blemish mask which I will list below this morning and I am going to go through exactly what I thought of it as a first time user and my experience with it...

Why this mask? 

I haven't tried this one before! Adding to that I obviously had reasons on buying it as I have dealt with a lot of blemishes recently due to stress and climate change etc... I also Love Aloe Vera on the skin and it has so many amazing benefits and it's a natural cooler which aids in skin care terms - reduces redness, inflammation, scars, burns and so on....

How did the mask sit on your skin?

Unlike the hot masks that Montagne have, this one sat very thick. It set very quickly even with maybe too much product and It did literally feel like I had cement on my face. I'd say it's a good job that you don't have to sit with this on your face for half an hour because I definitely struggled to eat my breakfast within 5 minutes of it on my face.

Would I buy this product again?

Of course! However I never buy the same ones between each skin prep. I always like to mix it up and not necessarily go for the pretty looking ones, just the ones that I feel suit my skin at the time. Sometimes I will deep cleanse every Sunday for 30 minutes and then sometimes I will just want a quick tea-tree 10 minute pick me up - it varies nicely! 

The process of the mask. You don't have to use an exfoiliating glove to remove the product just a flannel of some sort with luke warm water. I like to use the glove because when I do want too deep cleanse, exfoiliating is very important and it strips away gently the dull skin and revives new skin - so you may as well make the most of the whole face mask process! I also love exfoilating with the mask because my skin is super smoothe afterwards and it just feels very clean, refreshed and healthy! The first picture is no-make up and the brightness from the bathroom light and window. I am quite blessed in a way to not really have many skin problems - I just have like every other girl pesky little zits and redness which appear daily! 

When I have removed the whole product, I then apply VIC vapor gel to my face for 5 minutes. That really helps the skin breathe and just nicely finish the whole procedure - like I said, I don't do this all the time just weekly. Finally I remove the vip with a damp towl which is cold too close all the pores and dampen my face.

Your Tea review.. what is the hype all about?

I am not one too ramble when it comes too reviews as I know you're reading too probably get a straightforward, honest review before you buy this product. I am just claiming obviously that my opinions are 100% honest and I know that anyone can just say that, however when you read the end of this article - I think you'll find I am fair with everything I say.. enjoy!

How has it benefited you Sophie and what made you buy the tea?
As a blogger I am updated constantly with the latest trends involving beauty, lifestyle, fitness and so on... therefore I have actually heard of the tea for quite some time but if you're anything like me - I always review the product before I buy it and that is just not from one blogger. 

The first thing I thought was 'Oh my can it live up too its expectations?' It's not overly expensive too be fair but I didn't want too waste my money If i was getting it shipped. 
below is a picture of my face very recent around 5 days ago after eating clean & drinking 'your tea'.. as you can see yes I am wearing make-up, but my skin has never felt better and smoother than the last two weeks.. and it's becoming winter! 

The biggest mistake you can make before buying the tea if you're considering it?...
Be careful of instagram accounts and other bloggers. Some of the teas are either one week/two week or month detox progress. However I am not stating that they're lying.. I am simply just saying you cannot believe those photos just because they said it. I must admit if it's the truth - god bless them they look fantastic! Yet I am sure anyone who's been blagged before and false advertised like myself knows too be careful and wary of people promotion 'your tea' i.e. half the photos you see could be genuine progress. However some could be an 'empty/breathing in stomach in the morning' as an after shot and the before shot could be a picture of them breathing out and maybe 2lbs heavier? Just try and look at it that way - I in no way mean too be nasty or rude please I am not like that :-), I am just trying too tell any new users too be aware of this because some people sadly ruin it for the others. 

I understand that if you see more than good than bad reviews it's likely too appeal too you that way - but moral of that section^: do your own research too save disappointment.

You possibly may have seen a girl or a guy because men can buy it too - that have amazing before and after pictures. This tea will not make you lose weight on it's own - I repeat, this tea will not work magic for you ... on it's own. 

I benefited from the tea because I went through a stage where I completely binged for like a whole week. My water intake was horrendous, I wasn't eating vegetables.. I was eating junk all week I had no idea what came over me. My stomach was what you call 'a swamp' It looked as if I was carrying a baby no word of a lie! So I did a lot of research on the tea and decided too incorporate it into my lifestyle.

From this the tea is very filling and I also drink a lot of green tea anyway so the two combined was ideal for me anyway. I started too get back too running, I cut out processed junk and drank at least 2ltr water a day. By the third day is when usually you start too notice small changes. My stomach felt so much lighter. I felt more energized because obviously water is the majority of your body and I also had better skin. If you also struggle with lactose intolerant - 'yourtea' can help with bloating which is something I struggle with. 

I cut down from 3 sachets too 2 a day now because I eat a lot of super foods i.e. berries, kale, spinach etc so I don't feel like I need that digestive lift anymore. However I do feel like 'yourtea' will have a huge sales increase before or mainly after Christmas because that is the time that you're going too splurge - you have too! Yes your digestive system will go through hell & back and it will show, so treat your body the right way! 

Adding to that, their are so many upcoming tea's now trying too compete with 'yourtea' but I would recommend this one as beware of 'skinny tea' ... this has laxatives in I believe and you will lose weight but the extremely un-healthy way where you will just be on the loo and everything else that comes with that! 

I hope you enjoyed my review and grabbed my specific of the tea.. Very good for the digestive system yet you want maximum results? You don't need the tea too lose weight - just eat clean and move more and drink plenty! However, Involve that tea with that healthier lifestyle and I can promise you now.. you will see results. It's not magic - it's fact :)

My October Makeup Haul!

Hi Everyone! I hope you have had  a super scary and exciting Halloween! I went too Liverpool for Halloween with my friends and stayed in a gorgeous 5* hotel and we partied the night away.. it was amazing! On our way home we went too Cheshire Oaks near Liverpool, UK & we got a little carried away whilst shopping! Here are the beauty products I have brought, tested and now I would like too share my opinion with you... 

Double Wear

I have had this foundation for around 2-3 weeks actually. The bottle is without a pump and as soon as you unscrew the top - it's literally all open so I have been using an ear bud too use the foundation. I dip the ear bud in there (clean obviously haha) and then dab on the areas on my face. I use a beauty blender as I do not like applying makeup with brushes unless it's eye shadow. This is because I feel like the foundation blends more and not as much gets wasted and lost within the bristles of a brush. 

The foundation is thick and I have noticed that the coverage yes... it's 100% amazing coverage and It DOES last a good 8 hours. I have struggled for so long too find a foundation like this and it did cost me £29.50 but I know Estee Lauder is a company I would trust with my money so it's definitely worth while with what it promises. 

Adding too that however.. I have blended one application of the foundation, thinking I could then add some more maybe too my freckles when I am going out - the foundation seems very hard too blend then. I have noticed my makeup then gets that dirty/muddy look as soon as I apply another layer. It also doesn't matter what I have done too prime my skin either. This is leading onto why I have brought the other products.

 Double Wear Concealer (stay in place)

I am quite frankly struggling with bags already and I am 18! I work nights, have either too much sleep or too much, I haven't invested in any eye creams or potions because I didn't think I'd need too. However yes in the morning, I have noticed I have been getting bags and just an un-youthful look around my eyes and I realized maybe now it's time too take care of them and in the meantime.. disguise them! 

When I went too get a match for the foundation - the lady also recommended me this which I absolutely fell in love with. You can apply this after or before the foundation. However the concealer is very thick and I think since the foundation is thick to apply, I would apply this first and I apply it using my fingers. I would recommend dabbing the product in your desired areas. Mine would be my eyes and around my chin. This concealer is RRP £21.50 however I grabbed a bargain on my shopping trip at just £15.50 and the light shade to medium.

Smashbox Photo Finish primer.

Okay.. I think we all know no matter what foundation you are wearing - a primer makes all the difference. I have tried MAC, Maybelline, L'Oreal, NYC and many other primers. I know it's so easy too stick too what you know however their are so many amazing beauty products appearing - and they definitely just need too be given a go! 

I hold my hands up when I brought the foundation - I didn't wear a primer and I didn't even buy one on the day (only because I was limited with money) so I was obviously so excited when I brought a primer. Smash box is a company I would always swear by. Simply because I think we all put faith into companies who make-up artists use who we really like! I have never tried this one before however I have tried the oil-free primer and the photo finish light primer. Both of the products were - OK - however I didn't like the feel either of them had on my skin. That silky feeling for a primer has never grown on me when I can't see any product - If that makes sense? I would prefer a dewy finish as in my skin feels rich and plump.. everyone is too their own I guess. Although I must say I am not here too slate the company whatsoever I just didn't want anyone too think I was writing a false review as in I was getting paid too do this - just too clarify I am not.. I just want too become a successful beauty blogger one day. 

This primer is exactly the feel I don't necessarily like - it's very silky and smooth on the skin. I must give it brownie points though. The Estee Lauder foundation lasts amazing without primer anyway.. HOW GOOD IS THAT?! YET OH MY GOODNESS.. the primer with this AND the concealer - I think I'm onto a winner with the flawless finish look. 

Finally I would like too add - I wouldn't recommend the foundation every day simply because it's so thick It has made an impact on my skin, I had a major breakout on my chin and I think I need a more concentrated make-up cleanser when removing the product because I do know how important It is too remove make-up before bed but it's obviously just very heavy on my skin.

That is the only lesson I have took from this which is great to be honest, it's not a bad lesson because I have learnt something from my own personal experience: to invest in a good concealer and too wear a foundation that initially lets the skin breathe i.e. Hello Flawless by Benefit.

I am considering buying that and reviewing the product for you all too see i.e. comparing pictures with both foundations.

Overview

The Estee Lauder is fantastic for nights out, heavy work days and beach days as it does have SPF 10 which is great however obviously be careful with the photographs because we all know SPF plays havoc with making us look like ghosts in our photos!

VICHY Idealia life serum & eyes review.

Hello everyone thank you for coming over too my blog today! Today I will be writing a review on VICHY Idealia products that I was sent in the post.

Okay first off... what is VICHY?
You're probably wondering who they are, what they do.. or you may not need to know as you already do! Vichy is an expert skin labatory who are spa based water, suitable for sensitive skin and their products hide no nasty Parabens.

BELOW IS PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER:

Idealia life serum helps protect the appearance of skin and also to transform it. The skin is attacked every day by things we probably do not even realise.

Stress & late nights: a lust for partying then attending work the next day will definitely take toll in the feel of your skin and a greater-youthless appearance.

UV RAYS: premature skin aging is caused by exposure to UV rays causing wrinkles, dark spots and loss of firmness. Trust me, those sunbeds and excessive hours in the sun unprotected will catch up on you sooner than later!!

Environment: pollution & exposure to harsh & erratic seasonal weather changes will definitely make the skin feel dull, worn down and possibly puffy looking.

First of all - life serum tested:
complexion looks radiant? Definitely so. Not too mention the smell is PHENOMINAL! The serum didn't feel oily on my skin more like silk, it was very easy to blend and really did make my skin feel like a peach. I have sensitive skin and redness on the cheeks and the serum definitely was a sootheing factor covering the appearance of blemishes and dullness. It felt more like an illuminator or my Garnier BB cream because of the texture yet also, the serum actually is a light foundation colour.

Skin tone appears more even? I would have to give that a yes indeed. I think with the serum I just felt like I had a lot more to do with my male up because it did feel like a primer and my makeup did go on better to be honest however at the age of 18... my skin tone is pretty much okay though!

Pores look refined: I would also have to give that a yes because the only places I get any outbreak is around my nose or my chin and my pores definitely did look refined, it probably did help that beforehand I steamed my face as I am all bunged up so my pores were thoroughly cleaned beforehand 😊

Skin feels smoother: Most definitely I was absolutely amazed. I have oily/combination skin and therefore I am a person to stray from moisturising products etc. Yet this serum just felt like a gods send. My skin was so soft, smelt out of this world and it also helped with my very late night and lack of sleep coverage!!!

Second of all: Idealia eyes:

Reduces the look of fine lines/ leaves eye contour feeling softer, hydrated & more supple: even though I am 18, I do obviously have sleepless nights and stress on my plate so my eyes tend too look very puffy every morning unless I get a good night's sleep. The serum for the eyes more a less made my eyes feel more hydrated, not as tight around the outer eye socket and they made my eyes feel as if I had been sat with cucumber slices over them!

All my answers are from personal experience with the products and please everyone must remember that different people react differently to the same products because usually they have a different skin type.

How to get the perfect-out-of-the-bottle tan with me!

First of all, hello to you all! I have been on vacation for two weeks almost and I have so much to update on. Second of all which I guess should have come first of all.. I'm sorry that those exfoliating gloves look so GROSS yuck I just used them before taking the picture (silly I know) however, it may prove a point soon hehe. 

First of all these are my main 4 must haves before applying fake tan, you can't get the even, natural tan you're hoping for if you exclude one of the products. All of the products are cheap & from the high street and you're not going to break the bank. Their is no point writing a review and not telling the truth as people are potentially looking for a final answer before purchasing a product, so why live it up when it's not all that it's supposed to be? However I only have good to speak about all of these products.

1. The mit first of all is a must. I've tried the sock on the hand, I've tried the gloves also too - both having ended in a disaster each time. I love the mit (mine is from Boots UK) because you can throw it in the wash and keep it's condition, it's a larger applicator so you can even the product out more on your skin in way you can actually control - no obvious glove marks & also if you may have left any exfoliate on or moisturizer beforehand and that dead skin appears more obvious than ever, having a proper rub in that area helps banish that! However when I notice I have this problem in one or more areas, usually my arms & legs.. I tend to get back in the shower extra hot water + scrub away, then try again. 
2. The Palmer's Cocoa Butter body scrub smells delicious. I could sit there and smell the tub all day long! So imagine when you're covered head to toe in it! My mum brought this home for me so I haven't got an ideal place of where the product was purchased, however all the links for the products will be available below at the end of the review. I love Palmer's products so this was just a definite must to buy. I have been extremely happy with the product, however because of the smell I get to carried away and fly through a tub :( Palmer's cocoa butter has a really high concentration of cocoa butter so it delivers the goods in softening, smoothing and relieving dead or dry skin. The mix is very gritty, so obviously my best advice is to be used in the shower or bath and not over the sink for one section i.e. your arms as it will be everywhere possibly! Another excellent thing is the product smooths and blends scars, marks & stretch marks leaving the body irresistibly silky!  
3. The exfoliating gloves are a must have in my life! Not even to apply fake tan, just to get rid of the dead skin or to refresh my skin. I love exfoliating my skin 1-2 times a week with these as I can control with my fingers where I want to put pressure on i.e. it's not a solid object so I can safely guide the glove around my eyes. I like to use the gloves just with water or NSPA facial hot gel & as a treat my LUSH mud mask exfoliate. Exfoliating in circular motions also gets the oxygen quicker to blood cells in success, getting rid of the likeliness of cellulite! WIN!
4. Finally, the main superhero in the picture - the fake tan itself. This is something you can pick up in Boots, Home Bargains, B&M's, Superdrug, Body care.. anywhere nearly! I have been using this for almost 4 years & I have tried the light, medium & dark & we always have at least a dark & medium stocked up in the bathroom each week haha! I like to apply a full coverage of the shade light to my face and then a little shade of dark to my forehead & dark shade all over my body. If I'm having a big night out, I'll do two shades dark the night beforehand, and shower it off that morning following the shower do another dark & shower 4 hours later. The fake tan doesn't deliver that horrible fake-tan curry smell. It has a slight scent I'm not going to lie it's bound too.. but it's not nasty I can hold my hands up to that! 

Luckily I have just got back from Gran Canaria so I haven't had to use the fake tan recently, but I'm sure it's going to make an appearance in a few weeks haha! I hope you enjoyed my article, please feel free to get in touch or to comment or ask any questions. Happy blogging bloggers xo

Lush Ocean Salt Facial Scrub ♥

Okay, hello guys! My bedroom is currently under construction - let's call it that, until September. Therefore I don't really want to take any pictures until it's finished in there. Today i'm going to be telling you about my latest product from Lush cosmetics. This is a small pot container therefore it's easy to take with you if you're going on holiday, to a party and you're staying over.. for a weekend break etc... I went in and tested the product for itself to save the disappointment from ordering online and not liking it. The container pretty much does everything on the label. You massage a small amount of the mixture on to your hands and apply onto damp skin. You must not apply too hard as in you're scrubbing it as it can be quite harsh as you can imagine with it being sea salt - so be careful. I feel that as summer has approached, this certain product has helped me stip back the winter skin and has helped me reveal a lighter, fresher complexion.

LUSH has been a favorite store of mine for quite some time now due to the fact that they don't test on animals. They also hold FANTASTIC protesting events against testing on animals. The product comes in at £12.95 for 250g - which is the above pot size. Would i say that's pricey? Considering it's a facial scrub, maybe so. Yet you're getting what you pay for - quality. I would rather apply a small amount of this than too buy a lot cheaper facial scrub that probably has been tested on animals and might actually just damage my skin. This is a genuine treat for the face and is a MUST for summer. The sea salt has been refined to not dry out the skin but to leave the skin feeling refreshed, cool and fully cleansed.
