Advice on what to do after surviving an all-nighter...

Sometimes, we will all do this at one point whether you're finishing assignments, looking after your sick friend at a party, baby sitting, partying all night or maybe camping.. the next day will hit your body hard.

When you achieve this, your body is working extremely hard to fuel it. Therefore the following day, your body expects twice the fuel in water and food! If you want to make it through the day without falling asleep, follow these tips:


  • stay hydrated, especially if it's summer and your outside - water is your best friend right now.
  • take a shower, preferably cold to waken you up.
  • wear cool, comfortable clothes.
  • eat GOOD foods, you'll already be feeling sluggish so don't make it worse.
  • STAY ACTIVE. If you go to lie down, i guarantee you'll be asleep in no time. 
  • Don't go to sleep in the day, ride it out for as a long as possible, because you don't want to be waking up at 3am in the morning wide awake the next day do you?
